Laser gaming is suitable for everyone 6 years and older and taller than 1.30 m. Pregnant women and people with health problems such as epilepsy should assess for themselves whether laser gaming is suitable for them. The laser beams are not harmful to your health.

Consuming your own refreshments is not allowed.

Drugs and alcohol use
The use of drugs is not allowed. If drug use is suspected, the staff of Lasergame Rotterdam reserves the right to remove the person in question from the premises. This also applies to excessive alcohol consumption.

Reservations
Reservations are not mandatory, but are recommended if you want to be sure that you can participate at your chosen time. A reservation is made for the number of people participating in the game. Lasergame Rotterdam reserves the right to combine several reservations into one game.

Start time
The time indicated in the confirmation of your reservation is the start time of the game. We kindly ask you to be present at least ten minutes in advance. In case of late arrival Lasergame Rotterdam cannot guarantee that the missed game can be made up at another time.

Liability
Lasergame Rotterdam is not responsible for theft and/or damage to personal belongings. Bringing valuables is done at your own risk. There are no lockers available. In the instruction room is room to leave bags, coats etc.. Under no circumstances can you leave your belongings with the staff behind the bar.

Own risk
Participation in the game is at your own risk. Bodily injury incurred during a visit to Lasergame Rotterdam cannot be recovered from the company.

Instructions
Instructions and directions from the staff must be followed at all times. When this is not obeyed, the staff of Lasergame Rotterdam reserves the right to remove you from the instruction room, bar or game arena.

Damage
Lasergame Rotterdam reserves the right to recover damage to its property from the instigator or the responsible party. This includes misuse of the fire alarm and damage to fire prevention equipment. In case of theft the police will be called in.

Cancel
There is no possibility of refund when cancelling a reservation, when reducing the number of persons and when arriving late. Moving a reservation to another date is possible up to 5 days before the event. This can be done by phone or email.
